1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or using Hook Relay Clip Factory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Hook Relay provides an informational website and a private desktop workflow that can analyse authorized source media, create clip candidates, render approved edits, coordinate publishing and retrieve first-party performance information. Features may change as platform capabilities and policies change.
3. Authorized use
You may submit, process or publish only material and accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licences, releases and consents for footage, audio, likenesses, trademarks, claims and other content.
4. Review before publishing
Automated analysis and generated suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. The authorized operator remains responsible for reviewing the final media, captions, claims, disclosures, settings and destination before release.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use Hook Relay to infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, evade provider rules, scrape data, interfere with the service, publish without authorization or compromise another account.
6. Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and other providers are independent services with their own terms, policies, review processes, rate limits and availability. Hook Relay does not control provider approvals, account actions or service interruptions. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform's rules.
7. Account security
Authorized operators are responsible for protecting their device, provider sessions and credentials, and for revoking access when it is no longer required. Do not send passwords or access tokens to Hook Relay by email.
8. Intellectual property
The Hook Relay name, brand assets, website design and Clip Factory software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Hook Relay materials. You retain any rights you lawfully hold in source material supplied to the workflow.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Hook Relay does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, provider approval, publication reach, engagement, revenue or any particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hook Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, provider actions, loss of access, failed publications or unauthorized content. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended where required for security, legal or provider-policy reasons, or where these Terms are materially breached. An operator may stop using the workflow and disconnect provider accounts at any time.
12. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated by publishing a revised version on this site. They are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
