Data Deletion Instructions
How to have a website enquiry, or anything held for a Clip Factory connection, removed.
Withdraw platform access
If you authorised Clip Factory to use a platform account, remove Hook Relay in that platform’s security or connected-apps settings. For Google and YouTube: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Ask us to delete what we hold
Email info@aurenholdstudios.com with the subject Hook Relay Data Deletion Request. Include the platform and the account handle or channel name. Do not include a password, token or identity document.
What happens next
We reply within five business days, confirm what we held and what we deleted, and tell you if any record must be kept (for example, for tax law) and why. We ask only for what we need to find the right records.
Published posts
Content already published on a social platform stays there until it is deleted on that platform, or through an authorised publishing action.
